    It's hard to find good quality dairy these days. And it's even harder to find a patient whose body is metabolically healthy enough to tolerate even good quality dairy. For that reason, I am reluctant to recommend dairy products to my patients on a regular basis. The occasional dairy may not have very dangerous effects on us, but using it as regularly as we are in this society is detrimental.
